Ching's Chinese Chicken 65

Ching's Fried Chicken is one of the special recipe and most consumed food as snacks. The taste of recipe is a mixed blend of crispy, spicy, salty and sour. Making of this recipe is very simple and easy.

Ching's Chicken 65 powder gives special taste to the chciken that which you never had before.

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boneless chicken - 250gms

  2. Egg - 1

  3. Ching's Chinese chicken 65 powder - 1 packet ( Which is available in Reliance fresh stores)

  4. Vegetable oil 1/2kg

  5. Onions

  6. Green chilies - 2

  7. Coriander leaves

  8. Ginger & Garlic paste - 1tbs

  9. Lemon - 1

  10. Salt

  11. Red Chilly powder

  12. Turmeric powder

 

MAKING:

  1. Take boneless chicken(Small pieces is fine for this recipe) into a bowl.

  2. Add egg white and yolk along with add 1 tbs of ginger & garlic paste and chopped green chilies into it and mix it well together.

  3. Later on add little amount of salt and turmeric powder, little amount of red chilly powder and add one full packet of Ching's Chinese chicken 65 powder into it and mix well together until it becomes paste.

  4. Then squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl and then mix it well.

  5. Keep the bowl aside and marinate for 2 - 3 hours in fridge.

  6. Put a pan on stove and pour vegetable oil into it.

  7. Take the stuffed marinated chicken pieces one by one and put into moderate flamed oil.

  8. Fry the chicken pieces in oil until the chicken pieces changes into brownish color.

  9.  Take out the fried chicken pieces from pan and take into a plate.

  10. Garnish the recipe with coriander leaves, onions and lemon.

 

Recommendations:

  • Don't fry the chicken pieces in high flame otherwise the recipe will spoil.

  • Always allow to fry the chicken pieces in moderate flame because the chicken will cook nicely. 

  • Finish it before 1 hour otherwise the recipe will lost it crispy nature.
