Drumstick Chicken curry

Chicken Drumsticks curry is one of the special kind of recipe for chicken lovers. Drumsticks contains vitamins, proteins, calcium etc as well as chicken too. Adding of drumsticks into chicken curry gives more tasty to gravy. The recipe is a mix blend of spicy and salty. Making of this recipe is very simple and easy. The recipe can serve with rice as well as roti.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Raw fresh chicken - 1 kg

  2. Cooking oil - Required amount

  3. Onions - 4

  4. Tomatoes - 2

  5. Drumsticks - 1 (If small require 2)

  6. Green Chilies - 3

  7. Curry leaves

  8. Coriander leaves

  9. Lemon

  10. Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tbs

  11. Coconut powder - 2tbs

  12. Garam masala - 1 tbs

  13. Red Chilly powder - Required amount

  14. Salt - Required amount

  15. Turmeric - Required amount

MAKING:

  1. Put pan on stove and pour some oil into it.

  2. Put chopped onions in the pan and stir until the onions turns golden color.

  3. Add ginger and garlic paste, curry leaves and chopped green chilies and stir until it changes its color.

  4. Add chopped tomatoes and chopped drumsticks into it and allow to cook on lid until the tomato pieces becomes juicy and drumsticks become soft.

  5. Put chicken into the pan and stir for 30 sec.

  6. Later on add some salt, red chilly powder and turmeric powder into it and stir it for again 30 sec.

  7. Put lid on pan until the chicken pieces boil.

  8. Add some garam masala powder and coconut powder into it and stir for 30 sec.

  9. Again put lid on pan until the recipe becomes gravy.

  10. Take the recipe into a bowl and add some toppings like coriander leaves and lemon.
