Andhra Naatukodi Chicken curry

Andhra Natukodi Chicken Curry is one of the most consumed food in South India. It is mostly consumed as Lunch and Dinner. The taste of the recipe is a mixed blend of spicy and salty. It is a easy process and everyone can easily prepare in their homes. The Indian states where this recipe consumed are Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The recipe is also available in restaurants. The recipe is server with rice as well as roti's.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING:
Raw Country Chicken (1 Kg)
Onions (If Big 3 or Small 5)
Cooking Oil
Green Chilies 3
Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 tbs
Curry leaves 5
Coriander leaves
Lemon
Garam Masala powder
Salt (Required amount)
Red Chilly powder (Required amount)
Turmeric powder
Note: Before making the recipe wash the chicken twice with crystal salt and little amount of Turmeric powder in order to avoid bacteria on country chicken.
STEP-BY-STEP OF MAKING:
Put pan on stove and pour some oil into it.
Put chopped onions in the pan and stir until the onions turns golden color.
Add ginger and garlic paste, curry leaves and chopped green chilies and stir until it changes its color.
Put chicken into the pan and stir for 30 sec.
Later on add some salt, red chilly powder and turmeric powder into it and stir it for again 30 sec.
Put lid on pan until the chicken pieces boil.
Add some garam masala powder into it and stir for 30 sec.
Again put lid on pan until it becomes gravy.
Take the recipe into a bowl and add some toppings like coriander leaves and lemon.
You can serve the recipe with rice or roti's.
FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
The country chicken takes so much time (minimum 45 mins it takes to boil) to boil, until and unless don't get down the pan from the stove.
